Damaged Goods Policy
Once an order has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility of the package(s). If you receive a package with apparent damage, you must note this with shipping carrier at time of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost, late or damaged during transit to its delivery destination.
For all damaged items, Twiggy's Treasures requires at the minimal a picture showing the damage to the item. In the event of damage Twiggy's Treasures must be notified within five (5) days upon receipt of the item. UPS insures all small package shipments for $100.00 automatically. Because of this Twiggy's Treasures will replace an item once we learn that we will be reimbursed by UPS.
Any items ordered from Twiggy's Treasures that exhibit manufacturer defects must be reported within five (5) days of the delivery date of the item. For all defective items, Twiggy's Treasures requires at the minimum a picture showing the defective item. If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, you must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of the item. The item will be replaced or refunded upon return of the original item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any items that are damaged due to customer miss-use, not understanding how to properly work the item, or buyers’ remorse are not returnable as this does not constitute a defective product. Batteries that come with an item are not covered against defects. Shipping costs may be refunded upon our approval.
Non defective items can be returned provided you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) and:
- Customer pays shipping costs on the returned item
- Item is in original condition with all original packaging intact
- Item is in resalable condition with all original pieces/parts intact
There is a 20% restock fee on non-defective returned to us. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned items that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded.
-If you are unsatisfied with your product, you MUST CONTACT US no later than 14 days for a refund/return. The item must be returned in original condition with all original parts intact. If it is returned damaged by shipment the customer will receive refund only if damaged claim is paid to Twiggy's Treasures via UPS.
Packages that are refused by the customer and returned to us will incur a 20% restock fee.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect address given to us by the customer will incur a 20% restock fee.
Incorrect Address / Refused Product
You will be responsible for any fees billed to us by UPS for address corrections. If you refuse the product, you will be responsible for any fees/charges incurred to return the product to us in addition to the 20% restock fee mentioned above.

Most orders ship within 10-12 business days. The product descriptions for Twiggy's Treasures provide an estimated time to ship. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at 877-521-1810 to discuss special arrangements. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Illinois. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
